All of our organic coffee beans are sourced from Cofi-Com and pre-blended before roasting. We roast our organic coffee in-house every few days and provide beans wholesale to organic-focused cafes and health-focused stores as well as walk-in customers. Our house organic coffee blend combines two origins - one from PNG and another from Mexico.
Organic coffee farming creates more sustainable business practices for the farmers, as crops are able to deal better with rough weather. In addition, avoiding the use of chemicals and synthetic fertilizer leads to a much healthier environment for both farmers AND their communities. Water run-off from the soils of the farms often makes its way to local water reservoirs – so no nasty chemicals, means safer water for all involved.
