Papua New Guinea's lush tropical climate is perfect for growing coffee! With altitudes ranging from 1100 to 1600 masl and its reasonably warm year-round temperatures, PNG yields a LOT of high-quality beans. This particular bean from the Kimel region presents sweet, tea-like tannins and subtle floral notes finished by a very-slight peppery after-taste. Sensational as a filter coffee or plunger (which is primarily how they drink it!).
