Q1. How does it work?
On the last day of every month we randomly select one of our email subscribers (using random selection software). Each subscriber is awarded a number of raffle tickets based on past actions. Simply signing up earns you a raffle ticket!
We also want to give our most loyal fans due recognition so extra raffle tickets are automatically assigned based on actions you take. Ways to increase your chances of winning include:
- Signing up for our VIP email list and clicking on at least one email each month
- Purchasing from our online store
Q2. How many raffle tickets will I get?
That's up to you!
Just by signing up to our list and clicking on at least one email each month (to show us you are still there) you'll get 1 raffle ticket. Then, to reward our coffee community, you can earn extra raffle tickets based on monthly shopping activity.
What does this mean?
Every month you stock up on your Aromas coffee, your chances of winning a year's supply of it go WAY up!

Q3. What is included?
Every month we will send you a 1kg bag of coffee*, either whole beans or ground how you like it AND shout the shipping too. We'll send this on the 1st of every month (or nearest work day) for a whole year.
Q4. How do I enter?
Simple, just sign up using the contact form above. Make sure you follow us on social media and check your emails! The winner will be announced via email, our Facebook and Instagram channels. Make sure you are receiving our email notifications and following us on social media. Check your spam folder if you don't receive an email notification after signing up.
If we can't reach you via one of these channels within 48hrs, we will redraw the competition.
Q5. Will I also be included in next month's draw?
Yes. The competition is drawn from our active list of VIP email subscribers. As long as you are on the list, you have a chance to win!
Terms and conditions
- Aromas employers, employees and friends are not eligible to win the prize
- Winners are selected at random using custom randomiser software.
- The winner will be notified by the email they provide as well as on our Facebook and Instagram pages. If you are a customer of Aromas, we will have your phone number as well, meaning we have an additional method for reaching you. If we can't get ahold of the winner within 48hrs of drawing the prize, we will redraw and select another winner.
- The coffee we send for free includes any of our range equal to or below the standard price of $37.90
- Your privacy is important to us. Aromas collects personal information for the purposes of sending you newsletters, processing and administering entries to the Competition, and provision of a prize.
- Your information will not be passed on to any other Third Party.
- All entries to the 2022 Monthly Giveaway Competition are hereby agreeing to receive newsletters from Aromas Coffee Roasters. Customers can unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time.
- Aromas Coffee Roasters reserves the right to alter the rules of the competition at any time.
